CAP’N HOOK® OXYACETYLENE OUTFITS
Premium portable outfits featuring Uniweld’s popular patented Cap-N Hook Three Flame tip for 100% wraparound brazing heat. The 40 degree flame angle of the MTF#2 tip flows onto copper tubing and away from sensitive areas, thus minimizing the chances of burning adjacent components. The MTF#2 is a tough, durable stainless steel tip and can braze up to 7/8” copper tubing.

The outfits also include the MTT Flexible Twin Tip and the MTW-1 Welding/Brazing Tip. These Micro tips are ideal for working in hard to reach and tight working areas. The flexible twin tip has adjustable tip ends for maximum control and is ideal for brazing U Bends and can braze up to 1” copper. The MTW-1 gives pinpoint heat and can braze up to 1/2” copper.
Optional tips include the Cap-N Hook MTF#3 Five Flame Tip for brazing up to 1-5/8” copper; MTW-2 Welding/Brazing Tip for up to 1” copper; MTR Micro Rosebud Tip for pinpoint heat and use on rooftops in windy conditions; and the patented Type17TFT ‘Tuning Fork’ Tip - a stainless steel eight flame tip designed specifically to heat up all the fittings of a heat pump reversing valve for easy removal of the defective valve. Now you can remove and install the valve without altering the original copper tubing fittings.
