Designed to protect the refrigerant system from both solid and soluble contaminant’s, Alco Extra Klean® filter driers employ a desiccant blended for maximum moisture and acid removal, plus a special compound to prevent wax build-up.

A labyrinth type matrix captures and retains all solid contaminant’s such as dirt, scale, metal filings, flux, etc. Rugged, shock resistant steel shells have a corrosion resistant finish.Maximum working pressure: 600 PSIG

A molded type block captures and retains all solid contaminant’s such as dirt, scale, metal filings, flux, etc. Rugged, shock resistant steel shells have a corrosion resistant finish. Maximum working pressure: Size 03 thru 16 is 600 PSIG; Size 30 thru 75 is 500 PSIG.

BFK Series

BI-DIRECTIONAL HEAT PUMP FILTER-DRIERS

A bi-directional filter-drier with internal check valves to allow flow and filtration in either direction. Molded desiccant block provides effective removal of moisture, acid and other contaminant’s. Can be mounted in any position. Compact size: BFK08 - 3-7/8” long, 2-1/4” diameter; BFK16 - 4-1/2” long, 2-7/8” diameter.
