DBX1000™ DRYER VENT BOX

The DBX1000™ dryer vent box al- lows recessed mounting of the dryer vent and gas connections. This allows complete use of floor space as the

dryer can be placed against the wall, no need to allow the 4 to 6” wasted space for the vent pipe to run behind it.

The receptacle is constructed of durable, high impact, white polystrene, and meets the UL standard 94 HB for flammabil- ity. Mounts easily in 16” or 24” on center, walls with dual entry knockouts to allow left, or right vent entry and 1” snap-in front cover trim flange presenting a finished appearance with no ad- ditional labor.

DRYERBOX® RECEPTACLES

These dryer boxes allow the mounting of the appliance right up against the wall saving valuable space and allow “pre-fab” installa- tions while the wall contractor is “on the job”. No trim ring required, eliminates the use of an

elbow for vent connection, reduces lint build up and fire hazard, increases the efficiency of the dryer, doubles as a gas connection receptacle, and is paintable. Constructed of 22 gauge aluminized steel, the dryer box is UL classified as a one hour fire retardant wall, and meets code requirements for a clean out. Designed for upward vent exhaust.
