ULTRASONIC LEAK DETECTOR

The Model ULD-300 detects pres- sure or vacuum leaks of refrigerant, air, water, steam and virtually any other fluid or vapor. Unaffected by contaminants or wind; use to detect leaks in refrigeration and duct systems, pressure vessels or pipe

systems, air tightness of buildings, rooms, walk-in or reach-in coolers and freezers and vehicles.

The UT-300 Transmitter accessory allows testing of an empty refrigeration system or other non-pressurized system by emitting an ultrasonic wave which is received by the leak detector through leaks, cracks or openings. This function eliminates the need to fill and evacuate a system with refrigerant to find a leak, making it easier to comply with EPA regulations governing the venting of refrigerants.

The TMULD-300 Testmaster Kit includes ULD-300 leak detector, UT-300 Transmitter, flexible extension, tubular extension, ear- phone and headphones.

LEAK-SEEKER® LS790B

ELECTRONIC

REFRIGERANT LEAK DETECTOR

The LEAK-SEEKER® leak detector combines state-of-the-art mi- crocomputer circuitry with a super sensitive Ion-Pump® mounted on a convenient 18” flexible probe. Quickly and easily locates leaks of any type refrigerant and of any size.

A digital sensitivity selector enables the selection of 10 different sensitivity levels for locating various types and sizes of refrigerant leaks, under varying conditions. An “Alarm Select” key enables the selection of audible alarm, a moving 10-segment bar graph display, or a combination of both alarms. For extremely noisy environ- ments, an earphone is provided.

The exclusive Lock-Out™ mode of operation is provided to allow easy detection and pinpointing of a leak in the presence of high levels of background contamination. This unique feature records the highest concentration of gas detected by the Ion-Pump® sen- sor. The microprocessor circuitry automatically ignores or locks out concentrations of gas less that the highest, systematically eliminating all background contamination and isolating the leak by sounding a distinctive 2-tone alarm only at the source of the leak. New patented selective filter housing eliminates false alarms.

LEAK-SEEKER® is powered by 4 AA batteries and includes a power saver feature which automatically switches off the unit after 15 minutes of non-use. LEAK-SEEKER® detects all refrigerants and blends.
