FILTER DRAINING SYSTEM EZ-CHANGE
This is a bucket with a parts strainer tray in the top. The oil serviceman simply places all oil filter cartridges in the strainer tray for 24 hrs. The cartridges may then be disposed as normal trash, since the EPA no longer considers them hazardous
waste. The remaining oil is disposed of thru normal waste oil col- lection facilities.

ADDITIONAL COMBUSTION AIR
Today’s modern homes have more and more insulation. The use of Tyvek style vapor barriers, weather stripping and caulking conserves energy, but may make the house so tight that there is a lack of sufficient combustion air fro the appli- ances. The proper operation of fossil fuel heating equipment relies heavily on infiltrated air to replace the air used for combustion by the appliances. Insufficient combustion air causes major operational problems ranging from an inability to achieve a clean fire, to sooting, to odors in the house, to random control lockouts.
When installing new equipment, or trouble shooting problem equipment, determine the equipment is installed in accor- dance with NFPA 31 and NFPA 54 requirements for combus- tion air. Outside air combustion kits are available to deal with this problem. We offer outside air intake kits for specific oil burners, concentric kits for 90+ gas furnaces and generic intake kits for gas or oil equipment.
• See catalog numbers 5G3200 & 4H392A combustion air intake kits for Beckett burners.
• See catalog number 4H392B combustion air intake kit for Carlin burners.
• See catalog number 10H721 combustion air intake kit for Armstrong oil furnaces with Beckett burners. • See the furnace accessory pages for concentric vent kits. • See catalog numbers 5G3200A & 5G3200B for generic combustion air intake products.
