Leak Detection POWDER PUFFER

The powder puffer contains an extremely fine, snow-white, fluffy silica powder with a particle size of .007 micron. When the bottle is squeezed this fine powder is released into the air forming pow- der smoke. The powder puffer is used to determine drafts or air currents.

To check draft in fume hoods, ducts, and registers or at doors and windows. Visually monitor air balancing, wind direction, and air movement to ensure no release of combustible or toxic gases. Each bottle will generate about 200 puffs for safe and inexpensive use anywhere.
