GAS FIRED HOT WATER BOILERS for Side Wall or Chimney Venting

The compact DV-B series boiler is a high efficiency, completely assembled unit which can be installed with either a convenient sidewall vent or a conventional B-vent chimney. It is an ideal choice for new installations, electrically heated homes with no chimney which are being retrofit- ted with hydronic heat, or as an upgrade replacement in existing hydronic systems. Available in four capacities ranging from 50,000 thru 200,000 BTUH, the DV-B series boilers derive operat- ing efficiencies up to 83% using reliable, conventional controls and a UL approved, safety tested induced draft fan. The cast iron boiler sections are A.S.M.E. approved and feature a computer designed heat transfer pin configuration for maximum heat extraction. All models are equipped as shipped for natural gas operation and can be field converted to LP gas with optional conver- sion kit (ordered separately). Other standard equipment includes automatic electronic ignition, corrosion resistant stainless steel burners, circulator, combination aquastat relay, temperature/ pressure gauge, relief valve, boiler drain, positive vent pressure safety shut-off, and heavy gauge steel jacket with full insulation and scratch resistant powder coat finish. All models are ready as shipped for Category III sidewall vent installation using 29-4C stainless steel pipe (ordered separately). For Category I installation using conventional B-vent chimney, a chimney adapter kit (shown below) must be ordered separately and field installed. Comfort Plus Extended Service Agreements are available for Utica Boilers.
