ACETYLENE NITROGEN & OXYGEN GASES
Acetylene and air produce a clean, smoke- less and odorless, 4,000°F flame that is twice as fast as the conventional air-propane flame for silver or alloy brazing.
For maximum heat and speed, the com- bination of oxygen and acetylene (oxy- acetylene) produces a near 6,000°F flame
for all types of soldering, brazing, fusion welding and steel cutting. Empty tanks may be exchanged for full tanks of similar size.

NITROGEN FLOW INDICATOR
The UNF3 nitrogen flow indicator is a visual tool that confirms the flow of nitrogen gas through the copper lines during the brazing process. flowing nitrogen gas through the copper tubing while brazing displaces the oxygen, preventing oxidation and the resulting scale. Scale inside the tubing can cause blockages in the TXV or any other component of the system. The flow of nitrogen is visually confirmed by the float ball in the flow indicator tube. If the ball does not rise in the tube, then there is no flow of nitrogen and oxygen is not being displaced. 1/4” female flare inlet x 1/4” male flare outlet.
