OIL FIRED WATER HEATERS - CENTER FLUE ON TANK ON PARTS

Center flue design water heaters are designed to produce high operating efficiency and rapid recovery at lower firing rates. They are an ideal choice for residential and light-demand commercial applications. A 32 gallon model is available either with burner and controls completely assembled and ready to install, or as a component system with tank and burner/control package separately. The 50 gallon model is available as a separate com- ponent system only. The center flue models are designed around the high efficiency flame retention oil burner, and feature a ceramic fiber combustion chamber and baffled flue passages combined to assure faster transfer of maximum heat.

Storage tank is constructed of heavy gauge steel and is glass lined for extended life, low maintenance and cor- rosion protection. Jacket is insulated with high density fiberglass insulation material to reduce standby loss of heat during off cycle. Other standard features include 2 magnesium anodes in the tank for protection against corrosion, a factory installed quick access drain valve, factory installed pressure/temperature relief valve with overflow pipe and durable enamel finish. Tank and burner/control package are order separately except model CF-32-6-8 (Cat. No. 5H963) which is fully assembled package. If water heaters are installed in a commercial or industrial application then there is only a one year warranty on the tank. Equiguard® Extended Service Agree- ments are available for Aero Water Heaters.

“AST” HOT WATER STORAGE TANKS ON TANK

A heavily insulated tank which can be utilized as either primary or add-on storage for a wide variety of hot water producing systems. Can be used to increase the reserve of hot water available from a boiler with tankless coil or another water heater in residential applications. This is usually the least expensive method of increasing available hot water capacity in homes where a modern, high efficiency boiler is already in place.

An AST series tank can also be used in conjunction with a remote heat exchanger as a cost-effective primary source of potable hot water in commercial applications where the energy available from heated process water is otherwise wasted. Commercial laundry and dish washing equipment as well as many manufacturing processes typically produce hot waste water which can be used to provide “free” heat to stored domestic water. Features include glass-lined heavy duty steel tank, surface mounted thermostat, anode rod for protection from galvanic corrosion, high density foam insulation and drain valve. If water heaters are installed in a commercial or indus- trial application then there is only a one year warranty on the tank.
