HEAT TRANSFER PLATES
Aluminum heat transfer plates are used in joist space installations to enhance heat transfer and improve efficiency. RAUPEX pipes snap into plates for convenient instal- lation. Plates are 5” wide (12.7 cm) by 24” (61 cm) long, with roll-formed edges to increase rigidity and safety.

These heavy-duty extruded aluminum heat transfer plates are used in joist space installations to maximize heat transfer and improve efficiency. The unique design
allows the heat transfer plates to be screwed into the joist space and RAUPEX pipe to snap into the plates for convenient installation. Plates are 3.5” (8.0cm) wide by 48” (121.9cm) long.

266137 FOAM BOARD STAPLER
For use with RAUPEX pipe to install on rigid foam board insulation (extruded polystyrene is recommend- ed). The 1-1/2” staple is for use with minimum 1” (25 mm) thick insulation. The 2-1/4” staple is for use with minimum 1-1/2” (38 mm) thick insulation. Malco foam staples work with 3/8”, 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4” RAUPEX pipes installed in RFH and SIM applications. Staples are strong enough so that typically only one staple is required every three feet (90 cm) on straight runs of pipe, with one staple in the middle of bends.
The Malco foam staple is installed from a standing position using a custom installation tool. This lightweight tool can be loaded with 120 staples at a time, minimizing time to reload.

RAUPEX UNCOILER
Uncoiler dispenses RAUPEX pipe without twists or kinks. Greatly reduces installation labor needs. Pneumatic tires allow easy transportation over rough terrain. Rotating spool allows pipe to be drawn off either vertically (as shown) or horizontally. The swivel head on the dispensing guide allows RAUPEX pipe
to be uncoiled with minimum force. Folding handle and removable spool allows for convenient transportation to job sites.
