CLEANCUT OIL PUMP

The new Beckett CleanCut Pump, developed

as a joint effort with Suntec Industries combines the “clean burn- ing” benefits of a solenoid valve with the hefty lift capabilities of traditional American pumps.

The CleanCut Pump uses a solenoid valve rather than the dia- phragm and cone valves used on conventional pumps. Solenoid valves open and close instantly when electrical current to the pump turns on and off. This provides higher pressure cut-ons and cut-offs for cleaner more efficient burner operation.

The 2184404U comes with PD timer cord set with a 4 second on delay. This allows the pump to be used with pre-purge and non pre-purge controls. The 21844U is with solenoid, but does not in- corporate the timer function. The 21941 is a 2 stage version of the 2184404U. Rated speed: 3600 rpm max. UL approved. Solenoid voltage: 115v.

V4046 SOLENOID SAFETY (DELAYED OIL) VALVES

Designed to prevent noisy and smoky oil burner startup and shut- down, and minimize service problems caused by clogged nozzles and sooted firing components. Both models provide instantaneous shutoff of fuel flow when the thermostat breaks the burner circuit, allowing a draft fan to clear all residual combustion gases from the chamber before shutdown. Designed for use with #2 or lighter fuel oil. Oil flow capacity: 35 gph; maximum pressure: 300 posi. V4064A - Provides 5 to 9 second delay at startup to allow burner fan to reach full operating speed and pump to attain full pressure, assuring complete atomization and adequate combustion air vol- ume. V4064B - Opens instantaneously as thermostat makes burner circuit, and instantaneous shutoff when circuit is broken, prevent- ing fuel run-on after ignition shutdown.

FUEL UNITS

Features twist-off cover for easy access to strainer and Danfoss’ exclusive carbon/steel shaft seal guaranteed to 30 psi inlet pressure.
