Equipment Pads LIGHTWEIGHT EQUIPMENT PADS
ULTRALITE™ strengthened by almost nine miles of fiber in each square foot of fiber-cement coating, flexes instead of cracking or breaking. The textured surface prevents unit slide and allows water drainage, while the engineered EPS core prevents warping and provides a solid bottom to resist settling.
ULTRALITE™ is unaffected by soil conditions, UV, temperature extremes, and other weather conditions.

“HURRICANE” RATED CONDENSER PADS
Due to code changes and the requirements of Florida locations to meet the codes, we have “hurricane pads” for outdoor units. These pads meet the new requirements of 4” height, and meet the Florida Building Code, chapter 6 and ICBO no. PFC-5112, and DCA02- DEC-183. These pads can be used in all areas with “wind ratings” up to 130 mph, and most areas with 150 mph ratings. The manu- facturer lists the fasteners required for the pad as 1/4” x 1-1/4” concrete screws.
EQUIPMENT BASE PADS Made from recycled plastic
These plastic mounting pads provide superior strength and durability at 20% the weight of a conventional concrete base. Constructed of a specially blended for-
mula of recycled polymer plastics, these bases are highly resistant to cracking and chipping caused by freezing and thawing, and help absorb operating sounds produced by the condensing unit. Thick top and side sections combined with unique structural ribs in a spoke configuration provide maximum strength at minimum weight. Available in sizes for all popular condensing units.
