The Petrometer hydrostatic system allows remote tank level readings of ground level or un- derground tanks up to 150 ft. away. The system consists of an airbell positioned inside the tank to sense liquid level by air pressure, a gauge assembly to indicate level sensed by airbell, an aerator to purge airbell, and a tank assembly of 1/4” O.D. copper to connect the remote gauge. Gauge reads liquid level in inches. Petrometer is for use on 100% vented tanks only; cannot be used on pressur- ized tanks. To order, select proper gauge from chart below according to depth of tank and fuel oil type. Order tank, as- sembly according to distance from gauge to bottom of tank.
