TARGET PILOT UNI-KITS® 1830 Series

The 1830 Series aerated type pilot uni-kits are designed to be used with all Uni-Line and com- petitive thermocouples.

Kits include adapter that converts a threaded thermocouple/ther- mopile model 2CH to a snap-in thermocouple type, model 2C. Each kit comes with a natural gas orifice installed, and a separate LP orifice. Pilot tubing size is 1/4” tubing.

1810-100 Series UNIVERSAL PILOT UNI-KIT®

The 1810-100 universal 2BLC Pilot Uni-Kit is designed to replace the obsolete model

2B/2BLC Pilot which is no longer in production. The 1810-100 is an aerated, constant burning pilot for main burner ignition.

When used with the Uni-Line 7980-1970 Series or similar thermo- couples, it provides a heat source for the thermo-electric auto- matic pilot magnet. The kit includes fittings for 1/4” tubing and an adapter and fittings to adapt to 3/16” tubing. Each kit comes with a natural gas orifice installed and includes a separate LP gas orifice.

CARBORUNDUM GAS RANGE IGNITOR REPLACEMENT

This is a Carborundum replacement

manufactured by Norton. It has the electrical properties of a Car- borundum ignitor and is distinguished by its powder blue ceramic bushing. With the brackets and instruction sheet provided, virtually all Carborundum models can be replaced. Used in conjunction with the 4090-300 Series bimetal valves. Amp rating to open valve and ignite gas is 2.5 to 3.0 amps. Use only where a Robertshaw HVC or an Eaton NC 1400 or NC 4000 series gas valve is specified.
