GAS OVEN SAFETIES “J & K” MAGNET HEADS

These replacement magnets are used with DS1710 series bodies in TS automatic safety valve applications. Each kit replaces prior individual TS magnet types. Each head is tapped for 1/8” pipe with fittings to adapt to 3/16” and 1/4” tubing. Pilot adjustment key, new valve, gasket and screws are standard. Available with Flow Interruption; no gas can flow to the main burner while reset button is depressed.

STANDARD REPLACEMENT KIT with BJ Oven Thermostat

The standard kit contains BJ oven thermostat with 48” diastat. Furnished with outlet fittings, and will adapt to 1/4” pipe, 3/8” tubing or 7/16”

tubing. A pilot fitting extension for 3/16” tubing is included and a pilot plug is provided for applications not requiring pilot outlet.

Standard kit also includes 4-position dial which permits mounting in any one of four positions. Stem length adapter gives tempera- ture dial a custom fit. Bezel, flange gasket and mounting bolts complete the standard kit. Temperature range 250-550°F

FDO model has dual valve response, “Snap Throttle” which per- mits accurate low temperature control with quick throttling action for high capacity valve response allowing normal throttle action with minimum flame. Includes dial for 4-way mounting position with 3/8” IPT inlets and outlets.. Gas capacity is 194,800 BTUH for natural gas, and 315,600 BTUH for LP.
