Provides convenient low-voltage wiring panel for thermostats and manifold valve actuators. For use with REHAU thermostats (Mfgr # 236407, 236457, 236467) and manifold valve actuator (Mfgr # 260166). Controls up to four “zones” (thermostats), with up to eight actuators (Maximum two per zone). Each zone has a terminal for end switch wires, as provided on REHAU manifold valve actuators, to operate circulator pumps, boiler, etc. (through low- voltage relay). For more than four zones (thermostats), additional Speedzone modules can be connected using the extension cable, so that the activation of any thermostat will activate all end switches.

These modules provide a convenient wiring panel for thermostats and manifold valve actuators and are ideal for use in a multi-zone RFH system. For use with REHAU thermostats (Mfgr # 236407, 236457, 236467) and manifold valve actuator (Mfgr # 260166). Modules control up to six zones and can be connected together for unlimited zone expansion. Each module has pre-wired terminals to control a circulator pump and an isolated end switch for boiler control. The 6-Zone module is equipped with a 75 VA replaceable transformer.

PRESSURE DIFFERENTIAL BYPASS VALVES

Pressure differential bypass valves divert excess flow when one circulator pump is used with multiple zones, reducing wear

on the pump, avoiding noise problems in the control valves, and allowing more stable temperature control. Applications include PRO-BALANCE manifolds using manifold valve actuators. Valves are pressure-adjustable. Connections (union ends) are to copper pipe for 1/2” and 3/4” valves.
