MULTI-POSITION BLOWER/COIL UNITS

The BCS2 blower coils units have wrap around casings with removable upper and lower front panels. Constructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel with foil faced insulation for quiet operation and less than 2% air leakage rate. These are multi-position (Upflow, horz right/left. Downflow with optional kit) units. Units come with transformer, and blower relay with built in time delay. Microban drain pans are treated with an anti-microbial for mold resistance. Suitable for use with R-22 and R410A. Two speed blowers. Electrical connections can be made on top, right or left side. Field installed, easily inserted, plug-in, electric heat strips available from 5 – 20 KW. Units are bottom return air connection with built-in filter rack. Dual drain connections (3/4”) on left and right. Refrigerant connections are 3/8” and 3/4” od. thru 2 ton, 2-1/2 thru 5 ton are 3/8” and 7/8” od. All air handlers are 208-230v-1 phase.

Enhanced blower coils have bottom return air connection, dual condensate drain connections (3/4” fpt) on left and right. Designed, tested, and assembled to assure quality, efficiency, and dependability. BCS2M24V line size connections are 3/8 and 3/4” od sweat. BCS2M36 thru BCS2M60 3/8 and 7/8” od sweat connections. All units are 208-230V – 1 phase.
