TELEPHONE ACCESS MODULE

The W8735D provides remote telephone access to the HVAC system when used with an EnvirCom enabled thermostat such as the TH9421C1004, or the T8635L1013. These thermostats are used with one or more of the fol- lowing controls: W8835A EnviraZone panel, THM5421C, W8635A & B equipment interface, or W8703 damper interface module. The W8735D also communicates with R7184P & U oil primary controls, and L7224U aquastats. Users can dial into the TAM and hear temperatuers and system settings. System high/low temperature limit settings are programmed by the user. The W8735D can be programmed with up to 3 different dial-out numbers to alert the homeowner, or selected contractor of abnormal conditions, or lock-out. Battery back-up enables the module to alert the homeowner of a power outage at the monitored location.

ENVIRACOM™ SERIAL ADAPTER

Provides local access to an Enviracom HVAC system through a host computer, gateway or controller. The host provides the application to control the W8735A and the HVAC equipment. Allows a user to control Honeywell Enviracom™ com- municating thermostats, Envirazone™ systems, and other HVAC products when using any other manufacturer’s RS-232- compatible home automation control system. Use with T8635L microelectronic communicating programmable thermostat and W8635A or W8635B Equipment Interface Module or W8835 Envirazone panel. Can be used with W8735B Telephone Access Module. Allows easy integration to host controller, gateways and computers. Uses standard DB-9 connector. Pow- ered through Enviracom bus; no external power source is required. Uses true RS-232 signals; is universally compatible.
