With Equipment Interface Module for Whole-House Indoor Air Quality Control

The Total Home Comfort System consists of a “Pro” thermostat, and equipment interface module. These components can be combined with indoor/outdoor sen- sors, and networked zoning components to provide control of zoning, humidi- fiers, dehumidifiers, ventilation, and air cleaners. The “Pro” thermostat com- municates with the “equipment interface module” which outputs to the various components connected to it.

The “Pro” thermostat for this system is connected to the interface module with only 3 communicating wires. The thermostat can be set up as “Programmable”, or “Non Programmable” and has a “Touch screen” menu driven programming and control. Dual fuel compatible.

The interface module is a universal application module for hetaing and cooling systems up to 3 heat/2 cool conventional, or 4 heat/2 cool heat pump. The module has LED diagnostics and when used with indoor and outdoor sensors, allows for a simultaneous remote sensing. The module has terminals for control of a humidifier, a dehumidifier, a ventalation system and can be connected to zone panels.

Additionally, we have the network zoning components to allow connection of the Total Home Comfort System. These components are shown in the Indoor Air Quality section for this catalog.
