tains a selector switch with five positions: Off (meter not in use), 300V AC (checking line voltage and other AC voltages), 150V DC (checking DC voltages such as flame-relay voltage), 25 UA (checking flame-signal current on systems using rectifying flam- erod, rectifying photocell, or Ultra - Vision* flame detectors), and SPL (checking flame signal current on systems using a intermittent rectification-type signal). Balometers are air flow instruments with air capturing hoods used to measure volumetric air flows from supply or exhaust diffusers and grilles. The Electronic Balometer® is popular because of its accuracy and ability to measure multiple indoor parameters. The LoFlo Balometer® is perfect for residential and light commercial applications.

The LoFlo Balometer® is the ideal way to measure very low volumetric flow. You can confidently and ac- curately measure from 10-500 cfm. It is a great lightweight instrument for residential or commercial use.The Electronic Balometer® uses thermal anemometry to measure volumetric flow. It is popular with contractors and facilitates personnel because of its lightweight construction and ability to document storage readings. Each instrument includes the lightweight fabric 2’ x 2’ hood, meter and manifold thru which air flows. Addi- tionally, the Electronic Balometer includes 4 AA size rechargeable NiMH batteries, external battery charger, AC adapter, 18” pilot probe, 2 static pressure probes, 16 ft. neoprene tubing, CompuDAT PC downloading software, manual, and wheeled luggage style carrying case.
