GAS-FIRED DUCT FURNACES

Completely pre-packaged, factory wired, and fire tested, these units are designed for use with standard air handling systems for heating, air conditioning or make-up air applica- tions. Indoor, conventionally vented units do not include a blower or fan and are approved for installation upstream or downstream of a cooling coil. Approved for a temperature range of 40° to 70° F, these heaters utilize an aluminized heat exchanger with venturi design tubes for maximum heat transfer and resistance to corrosive elements. The die- formed burners are of aluminized steel and include flared ports and a stainless steel insert. Standard equipment includes 24V gas valve with pressure regulator, pilot and manual shut-off, energy cut-off (ECO) device, high limit safety cutout, and 24V transformer. Flue connection may be taken from top or rear of unit; 1” FPT hangers are provided for suspen- sion. Design certified by A.G.A. All models equipped for natural gas operation; LP models available on special order.

X Series

SUPER HIGH EFFICIENCY, SEPARATED COMBUSTION, GAS UNIT HEATERS

The RZUEAS gas fired, high efficiency, separated combustion unit heaters are available in 4 sizes for commercial/industrial applications. These are condensing unit heaters and require the use of a concentric vent assembly for vertical or horizontal venting. Heaters are glossy white cabinet finish with 4 suspension points. Heaters furnished for natural gas with LP conversion kits packed in each heater. The new solid state control board monitors heater operation and provides LED diagnostics. Multi-try direct ignition with 100% lockout.

Standard features include T-core high efficiency heat exchanger with single burner combus- tion system, gas valve, direct spark ignition, pressure switch, vibration isolated fan motor, fan relay, transformer, built-in disconnect switch, external 24 volt terminals, and full fan guard. All units are 115 volt with 24 volt control.
