RAUPEX O2 BARRIER PIPE
RAUPEX O2 Barrier pipe is manufactured using REHAU’s high-pressure peroxide method for cross-linked polyethylene (Engel method, PEXa). RAUPEX O2 Barrier pipe has a co-extruded oxygen dif-
fusion barrier that exceeds the strict requirements of DIN 4726. All RAUPEX O2 Barrier pipe meets or exceeds the requirements of ASTM F 876, F 877, CSA B 137.5 and PPI TR-3, and is produced in REHAU’s ISO 9001 certified manufacturing facilities.
RAUPEX O2 Barrier pipe is rated for continuous operation of 160 psi @ 73.4°F , 100 psi @ 180°F , and 80 psi @ 200°F . It is com- patible with RAUPEX compression nut fittings, and EVERLOC compression-sleeve fittings certified to ASTM F 2080 and CSA B 137.5.

RAUPEX RED/BLUE UV SHIELD PIPE
RAUPEX UV Shield is made of high quality, cross linked polyethylene with a co-extruded PE shield that protects the pipe against ultra violet light. All RAUPEX UV Shield pipe meets the
requirements of ASTM F 876, F 877, CSA B 137.5 and PPI TR-3 and is certified to NSF Standards 14/16. RAUPEX pipe also meets the requirements of NSF P 171 and ASTM F 2023 for chlorine resistance.
RAUPEX UV Shield pipe is rated for continuous operation of 160 psi @ 73.4°F, 100 psi @ 180°F and 80 psi @ 200°F. It is compat- ible with brass crimp ring fittings certified to ASTM F 1807, RAU- PEX compression nut fittings, and EVERLOC compression-sleeve fittings certified to ASTM F 2080 and CSA B 137.5.
Use of RAUPEX UV Shield pipe in heating systems requires corrosion protection and/or isolation by using a heat exchanger or non-ferrous components throughout the system.
