CHARGING AND TESTING MANIFOLDS

The YELLOW JACKET “Series 41” manifold uses a solid brass forging for maximum durabil- ity and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty on manifold bar and valves. Valves are espe- cially designed for reduced wear, and feature a

sliding cylinder with double O-ring seal and nylon seat.

Valves open to full flow in 1-1/2 turns. Color-coded gauges have bold, easy-to-read numbers, front recalibration screw, unbreakable Lexan crystal and surge protector. 2-1/2” gauges.

Dial has R-12, R-22 and R-502 scales. High side gauge 0-500 psi, low side gauge -30” hg-120 psi with 350 psi retard. All manifolds are factory calibrated and pressure tested.

BRUTE II™ MANIFOLDS

The BRUTE II™ 4-Valve Test and Charging Manifold has a forged aluminum alloy body with full 3/8” bore for faster vacuum and charging. The lighter and more streamlined BRUTE II™ deliveries powerfull performance with increased flow through the body. This saves time for charging, vacuum and recovery. 3-1/8” gauges include boots for protection. Gauges calibrated for R-12, R-22 and R502.
