CARTRIDGE TYPE CIRCULATOR
The model 008 circulator is designed for use in closed loop solar systems, radiant in-floor or radiant panel systems, or hydronic applications where higher than
normal head is necessary. The unique replaceable cartridge con- tains all the movable parts, and allows the circulator to be serviced instead of replacing the entire unit.The 008 is self lubricating, contains no mechanical seal, and requires no maintenance.
Casing is cast iron construction with non-metallic impeller and ceramic shaft. Flange mounts match 3/4 thru 1-1/2” companion flanges (ordered separately). Max. pressure 125 psi, max. tempera- ture 230°F. See performance chart flow capacity.

The 0012 model is a high velocity/ high head circulator designed for higher capacity residential and light commercial closed loop hydronic systems and open
loop fresh and chilled water systems.Contains an anti-condensate baffle which prevents buildup of condensate on motor windings when pumping chilled water. High head medium flow character- istic for applications in high pressure drop boilers, fan/coil units, heat exchangers, large radiant heat systems, heat recovery and earth loop systems.
Casing is cast iron construction with non-metallic impeller and ceramic shaft. Max. pressure 125 psi, max. temperature 220°F. These pumps require “HV” flanges - standard flanges do not fit. See performance chart for flow capacity.
