ON HEAT EXCHANGER IN RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS

The GB142 is designed with the state-of-the-art aluminum heat exchanger and integrated controls. Utilizing advanced condensing technology, the Buderus GB142 Wall-Hung Boiler maximizes the heating value of every cubic foot of natural gas or propane. Its small size and minimal clearance requirements provide tremendous installation flexibility. The included prefabricated manifold is specially designed with and appropriately sized 3-speed circulator, to ensure proper flow-rate through the boiler. By simplifying the piping, the GB142 manifold allows for quicker, easier, and trouble-free installation. Every GB142 includes the RC10 room comfort controller, AM10 outdoor reset module and DHW sensor for control of an indirect DHW tank. The GB142 is approved for 3” solid core PVC hori- zontal and vertical venting and carries “ASME” label.

Boilers are shipped with installed relief valve, T & P gauge, shut-offs, boiler drain and 1” connections for an indirect pump. All models use 3” PVC for exhaust and intake air venting, and 1” bottom mounted water piping connections. (GB142-24, GB142-30, GB142-45 are convertible to LP. Conversion kits are packaged with each boiler.) 3/4” NPT gas connections on all sizes.

2107 • OUTDOOR RESET CAPABILITY

The 2107 reduces fuel usage by as much as 30%. By monitor- ing outdoor air as well as indoor temperature (requires BFU), the 2107 maximizes fuel efficiency while delivering unmatched comfort. Space heating, domestic hot water production and programmable setback are all integrated into a single, intelligent source. The 2107 comes with DHW control and is suitable for use with today’s hydronic heating options, whether it’s base- board, panel radiators, hydro-air systems or radiant floors. Easy “plug-in” modules allow you to customize the 2107 to fit your application.

2109 • NO OUTDOOR RESET CAPABILITY

The 2109 controls a boiler (120v of dry contact), a space heating pump or multi-zone relay panel for space heating and circulator for an indirect fired hot water tank. The 2109 is equipped with a sensor for the DHW tank, manual reset and adjustable high lim- its, low limit protection to protect boiler from low return water temperatures and has TT connections to fire the burner for space heating. DHW priority is selectable.
