The greatly reduced stack temperatures of modern 80%+ efficiency gas-fired heating equipment has made it possible to vent many fur- naces and boilers through stainless steel vent pipe. And, since the flue gases of higher efficiency combustion produce acidic condensate which rapidly deteriorate metal vent systems, the choice of an acid and corrosion resistant Z-Vent System, where recommended by the equipment manufacturer, is even more logical. Z-Vent is UL listed and is available in popular 3” and 4” diameter sizes.

Note: In order to comply with manufacturers’ requirements for sidewall venting, Z-Vent III fitting connections are fitted with hi-temper- ature silicon gaskets. OIL FIRED PACKAGED BOILERS

The BC cast iron boiler conducts heat better than a steel boiler, helping stretch heating dollars further sea- son after season. No welds or seams to leak and no tube sheets to corrode. The heat exchanger of the new BC series is made up of separate cast iron sections joined together by machined cast push nipples. This iron-to-iron bond is physically and thermally efficient. The result is a dependable watertight connection between individual sections and excellent heat transfer. This boiler may be ordered with a tankless hot water coil to provide domestic hot water.

Standard equipment includes crated boiler, flush jacket, oil burner, target wall/liner, circulator - 1-1/4”, A.S.M.E. relief valve, temperature/pressure gauge, drain valve, wiring harness, burner electrical discon- nect, high limit and circulator control and primary control. For tankless heater units add tankless hot wa- ter coil and triple aquastat relay.* Suffix “T” on manufacturers number denotes boiler with tankless heater and triple aquastat relay. Comfort Plus Extended Service Agreements are available for Utica Boilers.
