SIDE WALL VENT SYSTEMS for Gas and Oil-Fired Heating Equipment

The Sideshot® Series venters are the most technologically advanced sidewall vent systems available. Their motors remain INDOORS where they are not subjected to extreme temperature variations. Designed for oil-fired heating equipment, they may also be used as a deluxe gas fired equipment vent system. A PATENTED termination prevents staining by propelling the flue gases away from the building exterior. Other features include zero clearance installation, factory pre-wired operation, pre-purge, post-purge and safety controls. Universal electrical compatibility with all brands of oil pri- mary controls. Stainless steel construction in all critical components. Sideshot®Model SS2 features a self-cleaning blower wheel, ultra-fine draft adjustment and slide out venter assembly.

Eliminates the need for costly vertical chimneys while increasing appliance efficiency. Reduction in vent pipe size from what is normally required saves material expense. Liability for penetrating bond- ed roofs is avoided. Other standard features include factory pre-wired operation, pre-purge and safety controls. Universal electrical compatibility with all brands of heating equipment; 24 volt or 115 volt; oil-fired, natural gas or LP. The new electronic control provides operating status LED’s. Use the table below to select the proper power venter according to the anticipated flue gas temperature and BTU/hr input. Order the corresponding size vent hood to efficiently and safely terminate the vent run.
