The patented Munchkin heat exchanger has been designed to provide maximum heat transfer, while also providing unsurpassed corrosion resistance with stainless steel construction. Stainless steel burner with reliable spark ignition coupled with gas valve and Venturi system. This pre-mix combustion system is the engine which provides reliable and efficient operation. The new Munch- kin 926 controller is engineered to modulate the firing rate to match the actual needs of the heat- ing system, saving money not wasting energy. The digital readout indicates supply temperature in normal operation and displays a digital code to indicate a failure in the system, making troubleshoot- ing easier. Additional features consist of sealed combustion, wiring harness, water pressure switch, supply/return temperature thermister, 24 volt transformer, burner fan, heater jacket, spark electrode, rectification probe, electrical junction box with switch, high limit temperature control, 30 psi relief valve, combination pressure/temperature gauge. Pre-wired for use with vision 1 controls.

WALL MOUNT MODEL

This fully enclosed boiler is whisper quiet and certified for sealed combustion or direct vent applications. It uses standard 2” schedule 40 PVC pipe for both intake and exhaust air. Total equivalent lengths of vent pipe are up to 80’ depending on where the transition point is located. System connections are 1-1/4” left side mounted for both supply and return water and 3/4” gas connection. 120V 60 Hz.

Boiler is shipped with vent termination and tee, 30 PSI relief valve and pressure temperature gauge. Another feature of this boiler is an 8 PSI water pressure switch mounted in the outlet manifold. This will assure that in the event of a leak, the Munchkin will lock out to prevent damage to the stainless steel heat exchanger.
