PopTop™ Zone Valves are easy to install, cleanout is easy, wiring is simple, easy to service and easy to replace. Features include a rust-resistant stainless steel and aluminum enclosure, 2-position spring return operation, reliable long lasting motor, one-piece forged body rated at 300 psi, easy fast cleanout port and a full year warranty from the date of installation.

Left in open, goes into auto mode when power applied. Put in open, engages end switch even if actuator inoperative. One actua- tor fits all valve bodies below.

ZONE VALVES 570 Series

Low voltage globe type valves for zone control of hydronic heating systems. Special power expansion element construction assures quiet operation as there are no motor, gears or bearings to wear and become noisy. Heavy bronze bodies with solder connections. Manual opener and auxiliary switch are standard. Up to 3 valves can be operated from one 40va transformer. Dimensions: 4-3/8” high, 2” wide, 3-3/8” long.

ZONE VALVES ESP™

These valves can be normally closed, straight-thru body style. They are multi-positional mounting, bi-directional flow with manual push button opener and easily removable head assembly. They are 24V operated ball valves with built-in end switches and a LED operation indicator. Valve can handle low pressure steam (15 psi Max.) and up to 125 psi shut off on hydronic use. Max. pres- sure is 300 psi.
