FULL PORT BALL VALVES

These ball valves are constructed of heavy duty forged brass. Designed for residential, com- mercial and industrial use on steam, water, oil or gas. Their full ports allow for a maximum flow

and a minimum of pressure drop or turbulence. The stem is sealed with an adjustable gland follower and is a blowout proof design. All sizes rated: 150 W.S.P. with pressure ratings of: 1/4” - 2” 600 W.O.G. Non-Shock.

These gas ball valves are constructed of heavy duty forged brass and have a patented one- piece design.

They are AGA and CGA certified for use with natural, manufac- tured, mixed, liquefied petroleum and LP gas/air mixtures. Pres- sure rating: 175 W.O.G. Non-Shock.

GAS BALL VALVE WITH SIDE TAP

This ball valve is the same construction as the ball valve shown above, but it is equipped with a 1/8” NPT side tap.

A manometer can be attached to the side tap allowing line pressure to be tested at the valve eliminating the need for a test tee and the labor cost to install it. Pressure rating: 175 W.O.G. Non-shock.

MULTI-PURPOSE GAS BALL VALVES

This multi-purpose gas ball valve features fast, smooth quarter turn operation. It’s compact design makes it easy to install. The handle is reversible in the closed position by remov- ing the allen wrench screw and reversing the

handle 180 deg. into the slot, which locks the handle in the closed position. Durable corrosion resistant chrome plated brass ball is self-cleaning. Forged construction gives greater strength than cast- ing and eliminates the risk of leakage through sandholes. Teflon seats with two Viton o-rings on the stem assembly which seal at pressures down to 1/2 oz. P.S.I. and as high as 600 W.O.G.

LIQUID WITHDRAWAL VALVE

Permits ASME tanks to be evacuated when it is necessary to move the tank from one location to an- other. The valves are neither designed nor intended as a full-time liquid outlet. Activation of the units can be accomplished by inserting a schedule 80 pipe nipple, along with a suitable shutoff valve, in the valves outlet. Once in opera- tion the valve functions as excess flow. COMBINATION VALVE WITH DIP TUBE

FILLER HOSE ADAPTER

Intended for the outlet of bobtail truck filling hose. Enables the filling hose to be removed if the filler valve fails to close. An integral back check in the adapters prevent gas from escaping in the event of a failure of the filler valve. Filler valve connection: 1-3/4” F. Acme; Hose and Connection: 1-3/4” M. Acme.
