2374 Series ADJUSTABLE AIR SENSING SWITCHES

These switches are designed to replace a wide variety of air-sens- ing switches found in residential and light commercial applica- tions, including furnaces, electronic air cleaners and humidifiers. Both models are provided with an SPDT switch that can be actu- ated by positive or negative pressure, or by pressure differential.

Highly accurate, these switches are practically insensitive to temperature change with an opening temperature range of -40°F to 190°F. They are UL and CSA approved. Each switch is provided with mounting hardware and an adjustment tool for easy installa- tion and calibration. Air sample line connectors will accept 1/8”, 1/4” or 3/8” tubing. Electrical rating: 5 amp noninductive 120-277 VAC. 1 amp pilot duty 120 VA.

For rooftop heating equipment furnaces, water heaters or virtually anywhere that standing pilot outage is a problem. The re- light system is activated the instant gas pilot flame is extinguished. Generates a continu-

ous stream of ignition sparks until the pilot is re-ignited, then shuts off automatically. Install only on equipment that has pilot safety controls. UNIVERSAL HOT SURFACE IGNITION MODULE UNI-KIT®

This kit provides all the necessary instruc- tions and hardware needed to replace most

hot surface modules manufactured by Robertshaw, Honeywell and White-Rodgers. The 780-910 comes equipped with field selectable options; flame sense (local or remote), ignition trial times and ig- nitor warm-up times. The flame sense option is determined by the presence of absence of a factory installed black jumper wire.

Using a combination of four field removable tabs sets ignition attempts timing options. The 780-910 has a self diagnostic LED for quick troubleshooting. The LED indicates if the system is in normal operation, has gone into lockout has a weak flame signal, or has an internal error (a defective module).
