Also, an algorithm built into the gas valve assists in maintaining a tighter temperature tolerance and higher first hour delivery ratings. This algorithm also allows the burner to shut off quicker, which results in less gas usage and operational costs. Other standard features include our Vitraglas® tank lining and magnesium anode rod, our Hydrojet 2® total performance system, cold water inlet sediment reduction device, factory installed dielectric waterway fittings, pressure/temperature relief valve and brass drain valve.

75 and 100 gallon models have additional side tappings for connection of space heating devices such as duct coils. A non-CFC foam insulation surrounds the tank surface, saving energy by retarding loss of heat. Bradford White Extended Service Agreements are available for these water heaters. Sidewall venting of these heaters can be accomplished thru the use of 6H179C Vent Kit.

RESIDENTIAL POWER DIRECT VENT - GAS WATER HEATERS ON TANK ON PARTS

High efficiency, high recovery water heaters with power vented sealed combustion draws combustion air from outside, making this an ideal choice for modern, tightly insulated homes. Products of combustion are exhausted directly to the outside using a 2-pipe system. Additionally they can be vented with either 3” or 4” PVC, ABS & CPVC to simplify installation. If using 3” the maximum equivalent vent length is 60’ and with 4” the maximum equivalent vent length is increaed to 100’. NOTE: When using elbows, a 90° is equal to 5’ and a 45° is equal to 2-1/2’.

Additional features include a Honeywell self diagnostic electronic gas control, Vitraglas® lining, side con- nections for space heating, sacrificial anode to extend tank life and Hydrojet® total performance system. All models come shipped with factory installed heat traps & temperature/pressure relief valve. Bradford White Extended Service Agreements are available for these water heaters.
