Tigerloop® FUEL OIL DE-AERATOR

The Tigerloop® oil de-aerator is used in light oil systems where a two-pipe delivery system would normally be the only method of ob- taining proper oil deaeration. Return oil from the burner is recirculated to the Tigerloop®

where it is de-aerated, then passed back into the suction line. An added benefit is that this recirculation causes supply oil to be pre- heated for more efficient combustion and reduced waxing.

Tigerloop® requires only a single supply line on new installa- tions, or can be used where a problem has developed in an existing two-pipe system. We recommend that installation be made using flexible oil lines for connection between Tigerloop® de-aerator and the oil burner.

HOT 4-in-1 contains a chemical coupling agent that to- tally absorbs water/condensation in the tank by chang- ing the physical characteristics of the water. Lowers the pour point of heating oil. Contains flow improvers which provide superior anti-gel protection. Improves atomization for more efficienct fuel consumption. Eleminates sludge and reduces soot (resulting in more complete combustion, less smoke and better fuel economy). HOT can also be used in kerosene.
