Applicable to both high and low temperature small system refrigerated display cases, reach-in coolers and walk-in coolers. Provides smooth regulation
and long, leak-proof service life. Available with Type C charge for +50 to -10° F commercial refrigeration or with Type Z charge for 0 to -40° F low temperature refrigeration. R-404a valves are also available with pressure limit Type ZP charge for low temperature. Remote bulb tubing length 5 ft. Inlet size 3/8” SAE, outlet 1/2” SAE.

EXPANSION VALVES Type C
Designed for systems with capacities greater than the range of the “G” series valves. Typical applica- tions are refrigerated display cases, walk-in coolers and freezers, milk coolers and refrigerated transport equipment.
Supplied with “C” type charge (except CVE models which have “GA” charge); provides smooth response and accurate control. Forged brass body with Monel valve seat and stainless steel pin. Remote bulb tubing length: 5 ft.
Connection on 8R819, 8R820 and 8R821 are 3/8” SAE x 1/2” SAE. Connection on 8R877 is 1/2” SAE x 5/8” SAE.

The RC Series valves are balanced ported, exter- nally equalized TXV’s designed for R-410A air conditioning and heat pump applications. Com-
pact brass body, with straight thru connections, and built in check valve for byflow application. All models utilize the KT-45 element designed for the higher pressures of R-410A applications.
