NOZZLE STRAINERS

Porous bronze filters are used on. 40 to 1.00 GPH nozzles. The 200 mesh strainer may be used as an alternative. Larger nozzles use 120 mesh strainers.

The round mirror is 3-1/2” in diameter. The rectangular mirror is 3-1/2” x 2-1/8”. The mini mirror is 1”W x 3”L. All mirrors are furnished with 29” telescoping handles which reduce to 10-1/2”.

ADAPTRAP

Adaptrap helps prevent afterdrip when burner stops and drooling of oil during the “off” period. It also helps eliminate erratic spray and flame flutter on burner shut-off due to air in the oil line. 1/8” pipe size and 1-3/8” length.

NOZZLE CHANGER

The safest method of removing and installing nozzles and nozzle adapters without damage to porcelains or electrodes. Just snap off the outer socket and use inner socket alone to remove or install the nozzle. For normal openings snap on outer socket and use like standard nozzle extractor. Fits both 3/4” and 11/16” adapters.

The Delavan nozzle line filter provides extra noz- zle protection in burner application of 2.00 GPH or less. This fuel filter offers four times the filtering capability of a standard nozzle strainer, making it ideal for problem jobs where contaminated nozzles have been a source of trouble. Easily installed in the nozzle port of the fuel pump, between pump and nozzle, inlet 1/8” MPT, outlet 1/8” FPT.
