POSI-LOCK™

POSI LOCK™ hub puller adapters sim- plify the removal of many industrial fans and blower wheels by providing a solid connection between the puller and fan hub. The collar adapter secures the model 104 puller to hubs up to 2 in. diameter. Set screws grip the hub to hold and align the collar adapter.

The puller jaws are tightened securely into the collar groove eliminating slippage during fan and blower wheel removal. The set comes in its own storage case and includes large and small collar adapters, set screws and a tip reducer/extender for small diameter shafts. Model HP-2 includes the complete set plus a model 104 puller.

Blower wheel pusher, fan blade puller and sheave puller. Saves time and money, won’t damage blades or wheels, accommodates 5/8” belt drive and 1/2” or less drive motor shafts. Its’ narrow neck design centers the tool’s pulling bolt evenly on the motor shaft.

Features include unique set screws that can be used with both a wrench or hex key and sight holes for aligning puller on motor shaft.
