Sanyo’s split system heat pumps with wall mounted evaporators offer space savings with whisper quiet performance to cool and heat room additions, offices, apartments, shops, or storefronts. No need to use up window space or cut large openings thru existing walls, which may pose security risks. The DC inverter technology offers the utmost in energy savings while reaching set point temperature more rapidly than conventional systems. Indoor units feature a white finish for clean, unobtrusive appearance. Outdoor units are compact horizontal discharge design with rotary compressors, factory charged for up to 100 ft. of piping. This series offers the option of a “wired” temperature control, or “wireless remote” temperature control, and are equipped to operate down to 0°F with cooling operation down to 67°F. Only 26KHHS72R model is equipped with 1.8 KW auxiliary electric heat. All other models are not equipped with auxiliary heat. Supplementary back up heat must be provided. Indoor units and outdoor units are ordered separately. Wireless remote controller included (RCS-SH1UA). Equiguard Extended Service Agreements are available for Sanyo air conditioning products. These units require 18/2 shielded thermostat wire for control circuit.
