ON HEAT EXCHANGER

The G315 Series Boiler with Thermostream technology allows unrestricted return tempera- tures under normal operating conditions and eliminates thermal shock. Proportional water distribution throughout the entire boiler minimizes thermal stresses in individual cast- ings and eliminates flow requirements. Internal water circulation and return water injec- tion ensure condensate free operation even under no flow condition. High efficiencies are achieved with the full three pass design. Standby losses are minimal with the double-wall heat exchanger and 3” thermal insulation. Additional features consist of a full-size burner door hinged left or right (field adjustable), supply and return connections at rear of boiler, blue enamel jacket with wrap-around thermal insulation, flexible GL-180M cast iron with silicon “barrier skin”, precision casting, precision machined steel push nipple sectional con- struction, tongue and groove flueside sealing. No refractory materials needed in chamber due to its unique design. Standard equipment includes: 3/4 aquastat well, 3/4” female boiler drain, 3/4 x 3” black nipple, tridicator, 50 lb. relief valve, 3/4 x CL black nipple and burner mounting studs. All models include 3” supply and return headers. Hot water boiler only. Burner packs and CSD-1 controls are ordered & priced separately. Equiguard® Extended Service Agreements are available for Buderus Boilers.
