Raychem quality means superior, long-lasting heating systems. The self-regulating feature of the Raychem heating cables eliminates worries about overheating or burnouts from overlap- ping. The conductive polymer core automatically adjusts heat output at each point along the pipe with no need for thermostats, unlike conventional heat tapes.

Raychem heating cables feature a parallel circuit making it possible to cut the cable to the desired length in the field while maintaining power output on the circuit*. For residential or commercial use, for pipe freeze protection or roof and gutter de-icing, there’s a Raychem heating cable just right for the job. the products are fast and easy to install and can be used on plastic or metal pipes. Gardian and winterGard Wet cables may be used on outdoor pipes or for roof de-icing. WinterGard Plus is for pipes in dry areas.

The H900 Power Connection Kit is used to hard-wire Raychem cut-to-length cables to power. Kit contains heat shrink for sealing cable core and for connecting to power, a gel-filled push- on end seal, and materials for transitioning into junction box. Junction box not included.

The H912 End Seal Kit contains two gel-filled end seals and tape. Can be used with all cut-to- length cables.
