PORTABLE IGNITION TRANSFORMER TESTER
Designed to test high reactance transform- ers under actual operating conditions. Checks both two-terminals, mid-point grounded and single-terminal, end ground-
ed transformers. Also tests leads, high voltage secondary test leads, and power cord. Transformer secondary output is displayed directly on the meter.

This ignition transformer tester should only be used to check voltage output on ignition transformers rated less than 15,000 volt potential output. Standard wound (iron core) ignition transformers will not normally reach the 15,000 volt maximum meter reading on the tester. Some solid state ignitors may spike outputs as high as 20,000 volts.
This transformer tester is a versatile service tool. Not only will it check the voltage output of oil burner ignition transformers up to 15,000 volts, it can be temporarily connected to a burner in place of a defective transformer, or solid state ignitor. It’s temporary use will “keep the heat on” until a permanent replacement transformer or ignitor can be installed.
MULTI-VOLTAGE TRANSFORMERS
Ideal adaptable transformers for service use. Catalog Numbers 1C900, 1C901C, 1C902, 1C912C are end bell type transformers with color coded leads. Catalog Numbers 1C901C, 1C902, 1C912C are multi-mount. Catalog Numbers 1C937 and 1C940 are foot mount and incorporate manual reset. 8G9623 is fused.
