The perfect tool for furnace and boiler service technicians who need to ensure safe operating conditions, determine combustion efficiency, or perform emissions testing in combustion applica- tions. The PCA2® directly measures and displays flue gas oxygen (O2), Carbon Monoxide (CO) stack temperature, draft, combustion air temperatures, and optionally displays Nitric Oxide, Nitrogen Dioxide, and Sulfur Dioxide. Simultaneously, the PCA2® calcu- lates and displays combustion efficiency, excess air, CO2. With the purchase of optional plug-in modules, it will also display NO, NO2 and SO2. The PCA2® performs combustion calculations for 10 fuels. The large back-lit graphic display shows up to 8 different measurements and calculated values simultaneously. Instrument will retain 500 complete combustion test records.

Kit supplied with carrying case, probe and hose assembly, in- stalled sensors, instruction manual, batteries, boot, USB cable, PC software, IR printer and paper. The 24-8370 comes with O2 and CO sensors. Can be upgraded as desired with optional plug-in sen- sors for SO2 (sensor #24-1398) for NO (sensor #24-1401) and for NO2 (sensor #24-1399). Replacement printer paper is CAT. NO. 2F2003B. Uses 4 each AA alkaline batteries.

The INSIGHT® testers are five tools in one. A combustion and efficiency analyzer for 8 different fuels, a room air CO test instru- ment, a flue gas CO tester, a dual channel digital thermometer (up to 999°F) and a digital manometer (for draft, gas pressure, & ESP). The INSIGHT® is designed with new B-Smart technology for self calibration, incorporates user diagnostics, and has a large back-lit graphic LCD display for all data.

B-Smart sensors can be replaced in the field, no downtime for recalibration, or sensor replacements. The INSIGHT® instruments measure combustion air temperature, flue gas temperature, oxygen, CO, draft, differential pressure, free air, excess air and calculates combustion efficiency.

The INSIGHT® analyzer comes with probe assembly, carrying case, batteries, boot, filter package, smart sensors and instructional DVD. The INSIGHT® Kit includes the reporting package and comes complete with the above plus; USB cable, IrDA printer, printer paper, PC software and instructional DVD. Use 2F2003P printer and 2F2003B paper to print records with 2F8250 analyzer. Uses 4 each AA alkaline batteries.
