Solve any problems, firstly by encouraging the student to seek the solution. 解决难题,刚开始⿎励学员⾃⼰寻找解决办法
• If they can’t, the Instructor will do this for them. However, the student should always be the one who identifies the problem and then provides the solution with guidance and help from the Instructor, agreeing on an action plan/route towards improvement
