Moderation & Course Outcome 审核 & 课程结果
Instructor courses are moderated by an outside moderator (Trainer) who has usually not been involved in the training.

The moderator’s task is to add further training and confirm that all RYA standards expected on the course have been upheld, and they will do this by observing the candidates delivering teaching in as realistic conditions as possible.
Moderation elements may include practical teaching afloat, a teaching session ashore, teaching a land drill, and the moderator may also ask for the delivery of a short five-minute discussion or presentation. 审核要素可能包含:⽔上教学实操、岸上理论教学、岸上模拟实操,并且审核员可能会要求学员进⾏5分钟的简短讨论或演讲。
