Take time to listen to what people are trying to tell you, with words (verbally), actions, and body language (non- verbally).

Body language can carry a great deal of meaning. When you sense how someone is feeling, consider the different factors that might be contributing to that emotion. 肢体语⾔承载很多意义。当你感觉到其他⼈的感受时,考虑可能影响这个情绪的不同因素。
Empathise 共情
Empathising is the ability to pick up on emotions and being able to understand another person’s position. Practise empathising with other people by imagining how you would feel if you were them. Such activities can help build emotional understanding of a specific situation as well as developing stronger emotional skills in the long term.
