The site is located near the busy beach resort of Canet en Roussillon, close to the beautiful, sandy Canet Plage. It is a good base for day trips to Andorra for tax-free shopping, the Pyrénées and even to the town of Figueras in Spain. Coach trips to Spain, Andorra and other places of interest are arranged from the site and a minibus runs to the centre of Canet.

Camping Brasilia is a large site with direct access to the beach, where the pitches (80m2 to 120m2) are clearly marked out. The nine very well kept sanitary blocks have individual washing cubicles, showers, disabled and laundry facilities. This is a busy site, with facilities open all season. It makes a good choice for families with teenagers and children and members return to this site year after year. Organised activities include nightly discos in high season, an amusement hall and walks are possible along the river bank behind the site.

EXTRA COMMENT Pets are permitted on site but not on the beach. Dogs in category 1 not permitted. Please see pages 10 & 11 for further details. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Maximum 2 dogs per pitch. The use of BBQs may be restricted in cases of drought.
