Motor CaravanTours
Switzerland
21 night fully escorted motorcaravan tour 3rd – 24th September
THE TOURS All the tours include the services of an experienced GB Privilege Tour Director, maps for your tour and a comprehensive route guide. Full details are available by telephoning 01342 316 101.
YOUR SEA CROSSING In each case the cost is based on crossing from Dover to Calais. However, other routes may be used on payment of any applicable supplement, providing you meet at the site designated for the first night’s stay. A ferry must be booked through The Club as part of the package.
You will be required to make a reservation for your return journey at the time of booking, but this may be amended at a later date (even whilst you are on the tour) on payment of any additional ferry operator charges if a different tariff is applicable.
Some of the longer tours finish at a point some distance from the Channel ports, so you have the choice of making your own arrangements for your return or alternatively we can pre-book sites for you from those shown in this brochure. You may also follow the Tour Directors back to the port if you wish.
170
DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit of £175 is payable for each booking.
PEACE OF MIND Finally, for the sake of all concerned, including the Tour Directors, we must insist that you have adequate insurance before travelling on any of these tours. Our own Red Pennant Holiday Insurance is, of course, ideal and provides the maximum protection. We also provide our Red Pennant Plus policy for those who would like further cover, especially when travelling on longer tours. This may be taken out at the same time as booking your holiday or at a later date. However, bearing in mind the higher non- refundable deposit and cancellation charges for these tours, we would recommend that insurance is taken out at the earliest possible time. Further details can be found on pages 170 and 171.
Single/additional person prices are available on request.

In 2011 we have selected a range of tours within Europe designed for the more adventurous amongst you. Provided in collaboration with GB Privilege, for whom The Caravan Club acts as agents, these tours provide escorted holidays aimed specifically at motor caravannners. Comprehensive maps are provided with all tours but in many cases the routes taken are not suited to car/caravanners. But for those with a passion for exploring the more unknown and hidden gems of Europe we are sure you will find something of interest here.
If any of these tours are of interest to you then full detailed itineraries are available by telephoning The Club’s Travel Service on 01342 316 101.
