Situated in the heart of the Ardennes, near the small village of Buzancy, Camping La Samaritaine has been refurbished and is ideal for nature lovers and those interested in discovering the history and heritage of the area. Visit the Champagne wineries at Reims and Epernay, or why not try a local honey factory or perhaps a canoe excursion, which can be organised by the site.
This rural campsite is set in shady woodland and offers a range of facilities for all the family. The pitches are mostly marked out by hedges and flowering shrubs. The man- made beach is supervised in high season, when there is also a children’s club for 5-12 year olds. During high season some evening entertainment is organised. The nearby forests are also ideal for rambling, horseriding and cycling.
EXTRA COMMENT Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs in categories 1 & 2 must also be muzzled at all times. Please see pages 10 & 11 for further details.
