This site, located at St Jouan des Guérets near St Malo, is a great base for a stay in North Brittany. Dinard, Dinan and Cancale, famous for its oysters, are all well worth a visit and Mont St Michel is certainly not to be missed. Boat trips to the Channel Islands make an interesting day out too.
Camping le P’tit Bois has flat, grassy, well maintained pitches which are all individually marked out, mostly by hedges, trees and shrubs, with full sun or partial shade. Access can be difficult for very large outfits. There is one main toilet block which is clean and well equipped with both continental and UK WCs and another smaller block with unisex facilities on the other section of the site. There are many beautiful displays of plants and flowers all around the swimming pool complex and bar area and the friendly and helpful site staff organise a programme of entertainment for all the family during the high season, with many different activities.
EXTRA COMMENT Maximum one pet per pitch. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs in categories 1 & 2 (or with the appearance of these breeds) are not permitted. Please see pages 10 & 11 for further details.

Pleasantly set in woodland on the outskirts of Poullan-sur-Mer, near Douarnenez on the beautiful western coast of Brittany, this site is within easy reach of a number of sandy beaches and is a good base for visiting the port of Audierne. A trip to the historic town of Quimper, situated in a pretty little valley at the estuary of the River Odet, is certainly worthwhile and Pointe du Raz and Pointe du Van are within easy reach. This area is ideal for members wishing to take long walks exploring the beaches and surrounding countryside and there are clearly marked footpaths for this purpose.
Camping Pil Koad is a neat and tidy, family orientated site which has mainly grassy pitches of varying size that are clearly marked out with hedges. Entertainment is organised well away from the majority of pitches. The site has a small pond and plenty of open space for games. Whilst busy in high season, members have found this site especially quiet in low season. For details of local markets and recommended restaurants please ask at reception.
EXTRA COMMENT Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times. Dogs in categories 1 & 2 not permitted. Please see pages 10 & 11 for further details. Maximum 2 pets per pitch.
