YOUR TRAVEL BOOKING OPTIONS The Caravan Club is an agent for most of the major car ferry operators to the continent, Ireland and Scandinavia and can make bookings for all their services.


FERRY RESERVATIONS All ferry reservation requests are entirely dependent on availability. Some member special offers may have restricted capacity attached to them, so it is possible that certain sailings may be available at a higher price but not at the offer fare. As always, you are much more likely to get the sailing you want at the lowest fare if you book early. Our member offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer from the ferry operators or shareholder discount schemes.


If an amendment is made to an existing booking then the fare applicable at the time of the amendment may be chargeable, possibly resulting in additional payment being required.


All offer fares may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice and The Club will use the operator’s tariff correct at the time of reservation. Any telephone quotations may not be valid if the booking is made at a later time.


MEMBER OFFERS In order to benefit from any member offers, definite reservations for both outward and homeward travel must be made at the same time and with the same operator. For further information on travel with different operators please call our Contact Centre. All operators reserve the right to apply any appropriate surcharge to a booking where members arrive for a different service to the one shown on their booking confirmation. Such charges in addition to an amendment fee will also be payable if members contact us to amend the reservation for them.


Members making a ferry booking via our website – www.caravanclub.co.uk – will receive their booking confirmation by e-mail. Payment of deposit (restrictions apply) or full amount may only be made by a current accepted valid credit card. Cancellation and amendment fees will apply. In the case where a deposit is paid and the balance is not also paid by the required date, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
