DAY 3 Gokarna Forest Walk 5km/3mi - 2hrs
The Gokarna Forest trail is rich with wildlife. We’ll enjoy a two-hour walk here, passing holy sites including the Gokarna Mahadev Temple.

DAY 8 Dhampus Walk 4.5km/3mi - 3-4hrs

DAY 10 Patan Following our morning flight to Kathmandu, we’ll head to Patan for a traditional lunch. Our next stop is Khokhana, a living museum. HIMALAYA HOTEL, KATHMANDU (4-STAR)
DAY 11 Bhaktapur
Bhaktapur houses the palace of 55 windows and the Nyatapola Temple – the highest in Nepal. A farewell dinner is served in a restaurant in Kathmandu this evening, followed by a cultural show. HIMALAYA HOTEL, KATHMANDU (4-STAR)
DAY 4 Shivapuri National Park Walk 7km/4.5mi - 5hrs
After visiting the Budhanilkantha Temple we’ll walk through Shivapuri National Park, before taking a hike to Shivapuri. A downhill trail takes us to Budhanilkantha. Back at the hotel we’ll enjoy a talk by an Everest summiteer. HIMALAYA HOTEL, KATHMANDU (4-STAR)
DAY 5 Chitwan This morning we offer an optional flight to Mount Everest. Later we’ll drive to Chitwan, where we’ll experience a canoe ride or visit a traditional village. JUNGLE VILLA, CHITWAN
DAY 6 Chitwan Located in the foothills of the Churla mountain range, Chitwan National Park
DAYS 12 & 13 Kathmandu to UK We’ll transfer to the airport on day 12 for our flight back to the UK via Abu Dhabi, arriving on day 13.

There will be plenty of rest stops. Most walks take place on paths and tracks. Some will be slightly more strenuous and may involve moderate slopes, tracks, hills, stiles and foot bridges which may be rough underfoot at times. Sturdy walking shoes are essential.
